Do you complete custom orders?
Custom orders are certainly something I do. However, I only complete custom orders for select items such as keychains, pins, dog collars and earrings at this time!
What if my keychain breaks?
Unfortunately the beads used for keychains are glass, and when bent and or twisted the wrong way these beads will break. If your keychain happens to break, that will fall on you as the customer and you will not be given another one due to lack of awareness and care with your keychain.
How long does it take to make your products?
The time frame between all of my products differs depending on item, size and complexity of the pattern chosen for items that are available to be custom ordered. Items take anywhere from 1 hour all the way up to 10 hours.
