Shipping and Delivery

How does the shipping and delivery take place?

Once an order is placed, upon completion of the product, the customer will be asked for a down payment before

their product starts. This is due to customers changing their minds on already initiated products. Once the item is completed, the remainder of the price will be charged, and a photo of the completed product will be sent to the customer before being shipped out. Once they approve, the product will be shipped to the address of your choice. 

Returns

How It Works

I do not take returns for any items, all sales are final and will not be available for exchanges. 

Warranty Disclaimer

About Our Policy

If your keychain or purchased item happens to break, there will be no warranty on any products sold. All items are final sale and sold as is. Please note the beads I use are made with high-quality glass and must be handled with care. I DO NOT, for any reason, warranty the products purchased if they break. Sorry for any inconvenience. 

Privacy Policy

Trust Me with Your Information

Any private information received from customers will remain confidential between them and myself. Payments will only be completed through cash in person or e-transfer by email or phone number, so using a third party and confidential information on the web does not have to be a concern for my customers.
